From the branches of South London comes the humble quince – tough and bright yellow in appearance, but a glowing ruby-red once its turned into lovely, lovely jelly.

Delicious with savouries: cheeses, roast dinners, cold meats.

Ingredients: Quince, sugar, lemon juice. Contains 220g jam.
