Apricot Jam

One Saturday, a lady ran over to our stand in excitement at seeing this jam. When she was younger, she'd been on an exchange in The Netherlands and loved "abrikozenjam", but had never found anything quite comparable here. She bought twelve jars. We've only just restocked. Get yours before she returns.

Sunshine in a jar. Lower in sugar to let the apricots sing and bright orange, for the Dutch.

Ingredients: Apricots, sugar, lemon juice, pectin. Contains 310g jam.
